WZM S.A., HCP S.A. and CiTech Sign Memorandum of Understanding
On September 9, 2026, Wojskowe Zakłady Motoryzacyjne S.A. (WZM), together with H.CEGIELSKI-POZNAŃ S.A. (HCP), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Critical Infrastructure Technologies (CiTech) of Australia, marking an important step toward combining Polish industrial capabilities with innovative Australian technological solutions.
CiTech specializes in autonomous, mobile, rapidly deployable telecommunications solutions and security systems.
WZM and HCP are joining forces on the NEXUS 20 Project to deliver a compact, mobile platform designed to integrate 4G/5G communications, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) systems, and Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) solutions. Importantly, the platform is intended to operate in demanding field conditions and does not require a dedicated vehicle, crane, or permanent infrastructure. Through their collaboration, HCP and WZM will be strategically positioned to enhance and adapt NEXUS 20 to the needs of the Polish Armed Forces.
The cooperation between WZM, HCP, and CiTech will create opportunities to develop new, advanced solutions that address modern defense and security challenges.
