Provincial Labour Market Council w WZM S.A.

On 17 September 2025, Wojskowe Zakłady Motoryzacyjne S.A. hosted a fam tour for the Provincial Labour Market Council. Its deputation included: Deputy Marshal of the Wielkopolska Region, Mr. Wojciech Jankowiak, Chairman of the Provincial Labour Market Council, Prof. Józef Orczyk, Head of Provincial Labour Office in the city of Poznań, Ms. Barbara Kwapiszewska.

The tour served as an opportunity to present WZM S.A.’s portfolio of wide range of services, including support and repairs for heavy tracked equipment, but also to present the formal and organisational tasks and challenges regarding employment that this Startegic Polish State Arms Enterprise is facing.

During the meeting, the representatives of the Provincial Labour Market Council discussed specific issues, exchanged experiences regarding global changes and their impact on national and local policies.

They emphasised the important role that WZM S.A. has been playing in ensuring the security of the region and of Poland and expressed great appreciation for the Plant highlighting its modern and developed infrastructure, and above all, the full commitment of all of its employees with CEO Elżbieta Wawrzynkiewicz at the helm, to provide full support for the Polish Armed Forces.

The fam tour at such an important institution which has brought together the worlds of business, education and public institutions, one of which is the Provincial Labour Market Council, proved how important it is to build relationships and develop cooperation.
